My favourite medium is metal because its versatility and strength reflects the personality I have developed.![]()
I spent three years in Sunderland working for my fine art degree, where I obtained BA HONS in fine art. From there I developed my skills, using different techniques from welding to pot riveting. The work I produce varies from abstract, mixed media, using scrap metal, wood and found objects.
Over the years I have being inspired by many different methods of painting such as large abstract paintings to mural paintings, which I have had a few commissions for. Prior to this I have worked on projects throughout County Durham, and in schools.
Currently I am working as an artist in schools, working in all sorts of media from my own work to school projects.
